
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Mauritius
IYS - Indian Yoga School (RYS-300) offers the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Mauritius. Our this 300-Hour Yoga TTC program is designed by skilled and experienced yoga practitioners and the whole syllabus is made on the Vedic and Yogic knowledge. This certification course also covers the modern practice of methodology and science to send you into the yogic journey. The course will build your self-confidence so that you can teach this art to others. After completion of the 300-Hr Yoga TTC program, you will be awarded certification registered with Yoga Alliance (USA). The IYS provides 300-Hour YTTC for advanced yoga teacher training is designed for only those students who already completed successfully 200-Hour Yoga TTC certification program from our institution or any other Yoga Alliance recognized school/center. Once you completed this 300-Hour TTC program, you will receive 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (under Yoga Alliance norms).

The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.

Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the Ashram accommodation is completely booked.
