
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore
Indian Yoga School provides the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training - TTC program in Mysore for those yoga practitioners who successfully completed the 200-Hr YTTC program. The program is basically designed for providing you the complete training and practice for Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga Vinyasa in Iyengar style and contemporary yoga methods to develop and increase your yoga knowledge. The Iyengar yoga style is completely based on the precise movement of asanas and alignment of them with the proper understanding of techniques and breathing control. The skilled and experienced yoga practitioners allow all students to develop their own techniques with the adjustment and proper corrections. In IYS - Indian Yoga School Mysore the students can practice all the asanas with their capacity (Yathashakti) and speed without any limitations in the duration of 300-Hours Yoga TTC.

The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.

Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the Ashram accommodation is completely booked.
