The complete program curriculum is designed to connect the initial practice schedule of the 200-Hr YTTC module with the intermediate level 300-Hr YTTC module. Experienced and skilled teachers will help you to become organically yogi, person, and future teacher. This 500-Hour Yoga TTC course includes important asanas for the beginner and intermediate Ashtanga and Hatha yoga series, breathing techniques in pranayama, Ayurveda, mindfulness practice methods, and yogic purification under the assistance of competent experts. IYS teachers will help you to become a future yoga teacher and to spread this ancient yoga knowledge, to improve your personal practice and for Yoga sadhana in your own spirit and speed, and to adapt its valuable things in your life.
