Advanced Pranayama and Meditation Workshop in Hampi

Indian Yoga School offers Advanced Pranayama and Meditation Workshop in Hampi to explore your larger dimension. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of pranayama and meditation focused on concentration techniques for beginners. The yoga seekers who are having experience in this breathing technique will explore the next level of meditation using awareness techniques, including slow-motion prana, sound meditation, and Zen. The workshop will help you to create a practice customized to your needs which will allow prana to take the lead and move the body spontaneously. You will also learn the basics of yogic breathing in which Ujjayi (Victorious or Ocean-Sounding breath), Dirgha (Three-Part yogic breath), and Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breath) practices are covered. The people who are having pranayama experience will get detailed instruction on Bhastrika (Bellows Breath), Kapalabhati (Skull-Polishing Breath), and Sitali/Sitkari (Cooling Breath).

Inclusion
  • The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.

  • Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the Ashram accommodation is completely booked.

  • The accommodation is only for students opting for the Teacher training course.

  • We serve healthy yogic dinners to our understudies, arranged to flawlessness by our expert gourmet specialists who have some expertise in yogic cooking.

  • Nadi, Chakra, and Kundalini 

  • Pancha kosha(five sheaths) and Pancha Vayu (five energy flows)

  • Diet and lifestyle of the practitioner 

  • Relaxation asana and sitting posture for pranayama.

  • Basic breathing exercise for preparation of Pranayama.  

  • Seven types of Pranayama and variation of Kapalbhati, Sheetali, Bhastrika, Seetkari, Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, ujjayi, 

  • Introduction, goal, preparation, practice, benefits, and contraindications of all seven pranayamas.
