
Advanced Yoga Nidra Workshop in Gokarna
Indian Yoga School (RYS-200 / RYS-300 / RYS-500) offers Advanced Yoga Nidra Workshop in Gokarna. This yoga form practiced often to close an asana practice. It's a deep relaxation practice that begins in Shavasana, or resting pose. In this workshop, you will learn meditation while in Savasana. The Savasana is practiced for deeply relax the body while the Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation. It will help you to release tension, followed by a guided visualization for the healing of the body, and head. This yoga practice used to reinforce the healing. IYS workshop is based on teaching healing and stress reduction. We will start it with soothing pranayama to calm the nervous system and gentle asana, then we will move into the practice of Yoga Nidra.

The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.

Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the Ashram accommodation is completely booked.

The accommodation is only for students opting for the Teacher training course.
