Ayurveda Retreat program will help you to heal problems such as headaches, anxiety, insomnia, and joint pain are symptoms of a Vata. Hot flashes, anger, and inflammation are some symptoms of Pitta imbalance. Weight gain, congestion, depression, and lethargy can be Kapha imbalances. As the doshas come into balance, they bring true healing – from the inside out – to a variety of illnesses and conditions.

The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.

Syllabus
Our Basic Ayurveda Program Includes:

Doctor constitution Vata-Pitta-Kapha - A complete Ayurvedic assessment including a pulse evaluation.

Daily Ayurvedic treatments (panchakarma) of approximately two hours.

Ayurveda massage according to the body constitution - Abhyanga (a two-person synchronized oil massage), Swedana (individual herbalized sweat therapy), Shirodhara (pouring of warm oil to the forehead), Udhulana (herbalized dusting of the body).

Daily check-ins with your Panchakarma Consultant throughout the week to monitor your cleansing process

A special therapeutic diet of kitchari and herbal teas provided daily. All of the food and tea served is 100% organic.

Lifestyle and diet recommendations are specific to each individual.

A supportive environment that provides space for true contemplation and self-healing.
