At Indian Yoga School (IYS) we lay great emphasis on the proper follow-through of each asana in Intensive Advanced Ashtanga Yoga Workshop so that you can learn the proper technique and live a well-balanced life. Our well-qualified yoga experts will guide each session. The teachers in IYS Gokarna are experienced and registered yoga teachers certified by the Yoga Alliance to teach Ashtanga Yoga.

The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.

Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the Ashram accommodation is completely booked.

The accommodation is only for students opting for the Teacher training course.

We serve healthy yogic dinners to our understudies, arranged to flawlessness by our expert gourmet specialists who have some expertise in yogic cooking.
